Transport Knowledge Hub North event on sustainable transport and housing
Monday 26 November, Liverpool

On 26 November, the Transport Knowledge Hub hosted its third autumn event, which took place in Liverpool. Chaired by Gerard Whelan, Director of Corporate Finance, Government and Infrastructure at KMPG, the focus of the forum was again on how sustainable transport can unlock the potential of new development and we welcomed an eight-strong panel of experts from local authorities, bus companies and housing. The event heard from Alistair Hands (Arriva), Peter Molyneux (Transport for the North),  Cllr Liam Robinson (Liverpool City Region CA and Merseytravel), Ian Palmer (Transport for Greater Manchester), John Walker (Gentoo Group and Homes for the North), Stephen Edwards (SYPTE) and Liz Hunter (West Yorkshire Combined Authority).
